One of the major reasons a business owner will experience burnout while running a business on social media is feeling as though they’re not achieving anything. If your strategy or goals are way too broad, nonexistent that will not be helpful.

There’s no rule that the business owner should manage all the social accounts. If you own the business and you have employees, then it shouldn’t be up to only you otherwise, you may want to consider outsourcing.

Self-care is one of the things that we drop off when we get busy, stressed, or strained on the business. Set yourself up for success with some healthy habits.
- Take regular breaks.
- Protect your eye health
- Eat healthy meals, away from your desk.
- Keep your phone out of the bedroom.
- Get a full night’s sleep.
Schedule Post In Advance
The fastest way to burn yourself out online is trying to come up with new blog post ideas as and when you look to post them. That’s why you must start scheduling content ahead of time, either by using the tools provided by social media platforms like Facebook business suite or by using third-party software.
These third-party solutions include the likes of Buffer, Hootsuite, and ZohoSocial, all of which help you to schedule all of your content hours, days, weeks, or months ahead of time. This means that you can save yourself the last-minute difficulty of trying to come up with something exciting to say on the spot that your followers will find appealing.
