Plan Details
All our plans are subscription-based and will be automatically
renewed every month until it is cancelled. Subscriptions can be cancelled at
any time.
All plans are billed in GHC/USD.

be billed on the 20th day of every month.

On-Demand plans are
available on our Specialized VA package.

Rollover Policy
- The rollover
policy is applicable for the 60 hours dedicated plans.
- 30% of
unused hours may be rolled over to the next billing cycle upon sharing
AmityVirtual’s latest blog post on either Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter and tagging us. - A snapshot
of your shared post should be shared with your dedicated VA to enable the
hour’s rollover option for yourself.
- The
rolled-over hours will only be used in the next cycle and will expire if
left unused.

Who is a Virtual or Executive Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor who offers administrative services to clients while operating outside the offices of the client.
What kinds of tasks are not allowed?
· Sales calls: Our VAs do not do “cold calls.” We can certainly make calls on your behalf, but we cannot pitch your product or make sales calls of that kind.
· Running Errands: Our VAs, are not permitted to run errands for clients under any circumstances.
· Inappropriate tasks: Our VAs will not handle any tasks that are explicitly private and personal in nature.
